Monthly rental prices:

From September through May, it is possible to rent this property on a monthly basis. The monthly rental price is €2,200, consisting of €2,050 rent and a €150 advance payment for electricity and water. The €150 is an advance payment towards actual consumption. If the actual consumption exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to the tenant afterwards. A one-time security deposit of €500 also applies.
