Prices per month:
During the period from September to May, it is possible to rent this property per month. The monthly rental price is €1,100, consisting of €950 rent and €150 as an advance payment for electricity and water. The €150 is an advance payment towards the actual consumption. If the consumption exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to the tenant afterwards. In addition, a one-off security deposit of €500 applies.
