The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary built-in appliances and kitchenware, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your holiday. From the cosy living room, you have access to a spacious balcony, a lovely place to enjoy a drink in the evening and make the most of the pleasant Spanish temperatures.

Bed linen and other basic necessities are provided. The property also has a washing machine. If you have any specific requests or questions, please feel free to ask about the possibilities.

Monthly rental – September to May

During the period from September to May, it is possible to rent Piso Martillo on a monthly basis.

The monthly price is €1,200, consisting of:

• €1,050 rent
• €150 advance payment for water and electricity

The €150 is an advance payment towards the actual consumption. If the actual consumption exceeds the advance payment, the difference will be charged to the tenant afterwards.

A one-time €500 security deposit also applies.
